Welcome to Chromin.shop (the “Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including any purchases made through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Chromin.shop is a sole proprietorship, operated by an individual and not registered as a corporation.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on this Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, and pricing accurately. However:

  • Colors, materials, and details may vary slightly from images due to photography, lighting, or screen display differences.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing/description errors at any time without prior notice.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor(s) at the time of order.
  • You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable inventory. If your payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided as a general guideline and are not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Return and refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition/packaging, to qualify for a return, unless the item arrived defective or not as described.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item).

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or modified only before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead go through the standard return process.

7. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

10. Reviews & User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Site and our marketing. You agree not to submit content that is false, defamatory, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any submitted content at our discretion.
